Pay: Non Comp Monday - Friday DAYS £12.21 & Saturday - Sunday DAYS £15.50, Monday - Friday NIGHTS £14 & Saturday - Sunday NIGHTS £16.50

About the Role

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing seeks a Care Assistant to support a male Service User with C2 Spinal Injury, tracheotomy, and ventilator dependency in his home. Full clinical training provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care, moving and handling, and meal preparation
  • Offering clinical support (tracheotomy, ventilation)
  • Assisting with work tasks (calls, emails, diary management)
  • Supporting travel arrangements and holidays

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:

  • Essential: 6 months care experience
  • Driving license required, ability to drive mobility van
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, flexibility, ability to use Apple devices
