Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Arrangements: Office-based initially, hybrid after probation

I'm working with a respected organisation in the awarding and assessment sector, currently seeking an Assessment Centre Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience to play a key role in managing and supporting apprenticeship assessment activities.

• Serve as the main point of contact for apprentices, training providers, and employers

• Coordinate and schedule assessment centre activities with assessors

• Ensure all assessment prerequisites and requirements are in place

• Maintain accurate records and produce relevant reports

• Support onboarding of new clients and assessment staff

• Collect and share feedback to support service improvements

• 5+ years' experience in administration or customer service (including 2+ years in a senior capacity)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong IT literacy and ability to use multiple systems confidently

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

Desirable:

• Understanding of apprenticeships or assessment processes

• Experience with vocational qualifications or apprenticeship systems

• £27,000 annual salary
