We're working with specialist education settings across Bradford that are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their supportive team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality of education and care.

You'll be supporting pupils both in class and through small-group or one-to-one work, helping to create a calm, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. Team Teach certification is preferred, and experience of supporting pupils with additional needs would be an advantage.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work up to 32.5 hours per week, term time only, with a competitive salary, depending on your experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:



Provide one-to-one or small-group support for pupils with additional learning needs.



Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons.



Support pupils' personal development, independence, and inclusion.



Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and behaviour.



Engage in relevant training and professional development.



Requirements:



Team Teach certification (preferred).



Experience supporting children or young people with a variety of SEND needs (desirable).



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.



Strong organisational and teamwork abilities.



A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
