You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)

As a Stakeholder & Social Value Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our projects to the communities they serve. You'll lead the coordination of stakeholder engagement, ensuring residents, businesses, and local groups are well informed and meaningfully involved throughout project delivery. You'll also drive the planning and delivery of social value initiatives—ensuring our work leaves a lasting, positive legacy in line with customer and company commitments.
From organising local engagement events to managing communications, you'll help build trust, promote transparency, and make a real difference across every stage of our projects.

You'll work with… (because relationships are important)

A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering complex infrastructure projects across a variety of frameworks.
You'll collaborate closely with our Stakeholder & Social Value Manager, Project Managers, and wider delivery teams, as well as key customers and partners, including local authorities, community groups, and schools.
Relationships are at the heart of what we do—you'll be a trusted link between our project teams, customers, and the communities we impact.

Experience in a stakeholder engagement, social value, or community relations role
Working knowledge of stakeholder management and engagement principles
A strong understanding of social value concepts and their real-world application
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organisational ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications & Requirements:

Good level of written and spoken English (Essential)
Current valid UK Driving Licence (Essential)
DBS Check or ability to obtain one (Essential)
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Community Engagement, Social Value, Communications, or Project Management
STEM Ambassador / EDI qualification (Desirable)
