Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (Supply)
Location: Flexible - Specialist SEN School

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in a specialist SEN school. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs, while enjoying the flexibility that supply work offers.

You will play a vital role in helping students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties, to access education and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Support students with personal care where required
- Help manage behaviour positively and effectively
- Adapt to different school settings and student needs on a day-to-day basis

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting)
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools
- Relevant qualifications ( CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
- The right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete one)
