Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance.
- Supporting clients through complex transactions and providing strategic legal guidance.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless service.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends.
Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor (NQ+).
- Experience in banking law, with exposure to corporate finance and real estate finance.
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Must be based within a commutable distance of Leeds.
