Job Title: CNC Turner / Programmer
Location: Brighouse
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm & Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm (½ hour lunch)

Machinery & Facilities

5 CNC Lathes (with a new one on the way)
3 CNC Machining Centres
Manual lathes, drilling, and grinding equipment

Role & Responsibilities

Operating and setting CNC Turning lathes (Fanuc controls)
Programming using Fanuc (experience preferred, but not essential – full training provided)
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Opportunity to learn OneCNC programming (training provided)
Ensuring parts are manufactured to a high standard and meet customer specifications
Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team

Requirements

Previous CNC turning experience required
Programming experience advantageous (Fanuc / OneCNC), but not essential
Ability to read engineering drawings preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and progress within the business

Pay & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate/salary (DOE)
Overtime available: Weekdays: time + ⅓ (after 40 hours worked) Saturdays: time + ½
