Key Responsibilities:
Measure and monitor the performance of the planning team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback through regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
Manage staff rotas (including holidays and breaks) to maintain full operational cover and service continuity.
Offer both field and office-based feedback to support performance improvement.
Motivate and engage the team to create a positive and productive working environment.
Ensure all employees adhere to company procedures, including attendance requirements.
Maintain the highest standards of GDPR compliance across the team.
Identify, pitch, and work with management to implement process improvements.
Handle escalated customer complaints effectively, resolving issues with minimal management intervention and seeking support where needed for more complex cases.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Word documents, spreadsheets, and email systems.
Proven problem-solving abilities with a practical approach to challenges.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
