A banking solicitor is sought to join this well respected Legal 500 firm. The successful candidate will have appropriate banking experience and have around 2 yrs pqe or more. The firm is on panels for the main banks and carries out a wide range of finance work acting for banks, private equity houses and corporates. The caseload will therefore include acquisition finance; asset finance, property finance; trade finance; advising on security and intercreditor arrangements. The successful candidate would work closely with other members of the banking team and would be involved in marketing and business development.
