Join a dedicated team as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in a specialised hospital supporting people with personality disorders. What We’re Looking For
- Mental Health Nurse qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
- Post-registration experience in mental health nursing
- Strong clinical skills, including mental health assessments, risk management, and crisis intervention.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage patients, families, and colleagues.
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and calmness under pressure during both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality mental health care to patients with personality disorders in a hospital setting.
- Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and develop, implement, and review care plans.
- Administer medications safely and observe patient responses, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Build therapeutic, person-centred relationships to support patients’ recovery and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with NMC standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, ward handovers, and clinical supervision.
- Contribute to a safe, structured, and supportive ward environment.
