We are currently recruiting a People Services Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. About the role:


As a People Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring an efficient and effective service across all areas of people administration. This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys detail, processes, and working with others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, including onboarding, contract changes, and leavers
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and professional support
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and compliance checks
  • Contribute to process improvements and ongoing HR projects
About you:
  • Previous experience in a People Services, HR Admin, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working with HR systems and handling confidential information
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for an immediate start
