Mental Health Nurse | £31,000–£37,000 | 37.5 Hours per week, Day & Night Rotations

You’ll be joining a well-established rehabilitation mental health hospital rated Good by the CQC, where patients receive person-centred, evidence-based care in a supportive and progressive environment. What We’re Looking For
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience and completion of preceptorship.
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and risk management skills.
- Passion for supporting adults with mental health conditions in a rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, reflective practice, and high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred care to adults with complex mental health needs.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create, implement, and review individualised care plans.
- Support rehabilitation and recovery goals through therapeutic engagement and structured interventions.
- Administer medication safely and accurately in line with NMC guidelines.
- Maintain accurate care records and contribute to clinical audits and reviews.
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes patient independence and wellbeing.
- Participate in shift rotations (days and nights) to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
