What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students in KS3 & KS4 with their learning, confidence, and classroom engagement
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and tailored interventions
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students (or a strong desire to!)
  • A proactive, flexible, and caring attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for education and student wellbeing
