About the Role:
• Full-time teaching position within a specialist school setting
• Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual students' learning needs and EHCP outcomes
• Work with students across Key Stages with a range of complex special educational needs
• Foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every student
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create holistic learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student progress

We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Holds QTS and has experience teaching students with special educational needs in a UK school setting
• Has excellent understanding of differentiation, individual learning plans, and EHCP targets
• Is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting learners with complex needs
• Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues and families
• Reflects on their teaching practice and is committed to continuous professional development
