Operational Support - Assist in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring patient facing and back office functions operate efficiently and effectively. Staff Management - Support recruitment, induction, training, and supervision of administrative and reception staff. Help promote a positive and supportive working environment. Financial & Resource Management - Assist with financial administration, including payroll, invoicing, and budget monitoring. Ensure resources are used efficiently. Quality & Compliance: Support the Practice Manager in maintaining CQC standards, NHS contractual compliance, and governance processes. Help coordinate audits, policy updates, and staff training records. Systems & IT - Oversee and maintain clinical systems (System One) and administrative software to ensure smooth digital operations. Patient Services - Contribute to improving the patient experience through effective communication, complaints management, and service development. Liaison & Collaboration - Work collaboratively with GPs, nursing teams, PCN colleagues, and external partners to support practice and network objectives.
