We are looking for a Service Manager to join our senior leadership team in Calderdale’s Adult Services and Wellbeing. This is a great time to join us, to contribute to our continued commitment to do the very best job we can for our residents.
Passionate about supporting people to achieve the best possible outcomes, you will have a strong value base, a commitment to staff development, strengths-based practice, and to community led approaches.
You will bring experience and expertise in leading and developing high performing social care teams. Our staff are our greatest asset, and we want them all to be led by inspiring, supportive leaders.
We know that these are challenging financial times for all public services, so you will also be experienced in managing social care budgets and in taking innovative approaches to making the best use of public funds.
