PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Develop planning for the implementations of multiple technical projects running concurrently and sharing resources Hold and manage the relevant project budgets within BTHFT Investigate and understand the business needs of user departments and build statements of requirements to meet both these and overall BTHFT operational requirements and service improvement strategies Negotiate contractual agreements with suppliers Liaise with suppliers and other Informatics departments in the planning and implementation of systems Ensure that all projects are effectively defined, planned and delivered to meet the required statutory and service obligations of BTHFT
