please see attached job description for full breakdown of task requirements however it can be highlighted as follows: - ensuring daily & advance rotas are planned to meet service needs - ensuring all patient feeding requirements are completed in line with Trust requirements, including stock management, menu ordering & completion - ensuring all food safety systems are maintained - ensuring cleaning standards are achieved using correct techniques and equipment - providing training, coaching & guidance to all staff - taking initial capability or conduct steps in line with trust policy - liaise with other supervisors on alternate shift to ensure continuity of services - complete all stock & stores orders are placed correctly using Trust ordering systems - all attendance management and welfare related concerns with staff are carried out - monitor and take proactive actions in regards to health and safety or food safety concerns - Support the PLACE assessments & aims in a proactive manner - attend any training as required for the completion of duties of self & others under direct management - complete all required audits as required for the role - use provided IT systems to facilitate the completion of role
