We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Leeds. This is a full-time, fully on-site role offering a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.

You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, engaging with prospective customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions across insurance, utilities, or energy products. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a proven track record in telesales, we want to hear from you.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads
• Build rapport quickly and understand customer requirements
• Present and promote suitable products and services
• Close sales confidently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Share best practices and contribute to team success

We're looking for individuals with at least two years' experience in telesales, ideally within the insurance, utilities, or energy sectors. You'll be confident, persuasive, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven telesales experience (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
