Job Title: Permanent Deputy Nurse Manager

Location: Halifax

Pay rate: £23.00 - £25.00 per hour

Job Description:

A large nursing home specializing in dementia and nursing care is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC PIN and have experience in leading and managing a team. The role involves ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards, conducting care plan and medication audits, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, families, and staff. The home has a strong management structure and has received positive reviews from residents and families.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC PIN
