This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Palliative Care Nurse who wants to work in a supportive environment where care of the patients comes first. Your main duties will be to provide direct assessment, support and advocacy to service users and carers dealing with complex, distressing and life-limiting illnesses. In addition: You will manage your own caseload and provide expert care to service users, appropriate to their needs, wishes and culture. You will collect, collate, evaluate and report information, maintaining accurate service user records.
