An exciting opportunity for a Theatre Scrub Practitioner at The Yorkshire Clinic Private Hospital in Bingley. We seek a passionate individual to join our Theatre Team. Candidates must have NMC/HCP registration and experience in a similar role, with strong teamwork and communication skills. You will ensure high standards of care for patients during their perioperative phase. The hospital offers inpatient and day-case care with eight operating theatres performing surgeries in Orthopaedics, General surgery, Bariatric surgery, Plastics, Urology, ENT, Angiography, Cardiac, and Gynaecology for Private and NHS patients. To succeed in this role, you need a strong clinical background in acute surgical care. We seek a dynamic individual to ensure the Theatre department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Theatre team, building strong relationships with staff, consultants, and stakeholders. They will drive excellence in safety and quality of care, monitor achievements against standards, identify risks, and implement changes for improvement.
