Reports to Design Lead
The
Junior CAD Technician supports the Design Department by producing and
maintaining mechanical drawings and assisting with design-related tasks. The
role involves creating, updating, and managing CAD data in accordance with
company standards and procedures.
This
position is intended for someone developing their technical capability who
wants to gain experience in mechanical design, drawing production, and
engineering processes within a manufacturing environment. The role ensures
drawings are accurate, controlled, and suitable for manufacturing and
operational use.
Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to
Thursday 08.15 – 17.00, Friday 08.15-14.00
22 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
(accumulating +1 day for every 3 years of service)
