Job Introduction
Our Department of Adult Social Care at Bradford Council has an exciting opportunity for an Enablement Support Worker based within Woodside Court. There are 37 apartments within Woodside Court where individuals who require varying levels of support to maintain their independence and daily living are supported by the staff team. Our team is looking for flexible and multifaceted individuals who can work within an Extra Care setting team.

Responsibilities:
- To work with a diverse service user group, predominantly with adults aged 35 and over with differing disabilities, mental health, dementia and complex needs.
- Support service users with their individual needs and daily living skills, encouraging independence where appropriate, supporting and maintaining happy healthy lives for those accessing services.
- Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors who will be visiting.
- Ensure medication is administered in accordance with the medication policy.
- Complete clear and concise daily reports and support plans.
