We are seeking a reliable Returns Supervisor to become part of our team at our Factory located in Shipley, West Yorkshire. 

Working Hours: 40 Hours shift rota - 7:00am - 3:30pm & 1:30pm - 10:00pm

Salary: £28,900

Key Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing the production process
  • Ensuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality by monitoring product standards
  • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed         
  • Supervising and motivating a team of workers, performance, and identifying training needs
  • Manage staff and absences accordingly
  • Report weekly and daily, all production reports within your area.
  • To attend Production/Communication meetings and any other meeting required

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Good Communication
  • Warehouse experience (advantageous)
  • Stock take experience (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Must be a team player
  • Have experience of health and safety procedures
  • Have a good eye for detail and quality
