We are looking to appoint a Class Teacher who will:
Be an enthusiastic and reflective classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, challenge pupils appropriately and support all children to achieve their best.
Use assessment effectively to monitor progress, adapt teaching and ensure that every pupil is supported to succeed.
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment where children feel safe, valued and motivated to learn.
Be confident teaching, or willing to develop their skills in teaching, within a mixed-age class, adapting learning to meet the needs of pupils across different year groups.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas and contributing to a supportive team culture focused on continual improvement.
Be committed to developing their professional practice through reflection, feedback and ongoing professional learning.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school.
Willingness to support with PTFA events.
