An opportunity has arisen for an innovative clinician to join the Endoscopy Unit at The Yorkshire Clinic. We seek an individual to support clinical quality and ensure services are safe, effective, and well-led. As a JAG accredited unit, this role will help maintain accreditation through quality and outcome monitoring. The candidate should possess leadership skills for day-to-day operations and workforce development. We are looking for a senior endoscopy nurse with clinical expertise ready for a leadership role. Our goal is to enhance activity and ensure quality care delivery. You will: Develop knowledge and skills, appraise and support the team. Enhance services to grow activity. Contribute to quality improvement. Ensure a governance framework meets regulations and Ramsay policies. Lead a workforce, fostering a positive culture. Communicate clearly across audiences. Guide others to achieve goals. Must have Endoscopy experience.Skills Teamwork Management and leadership IT and time management Clinical Endoscopy Essential: NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN) Immediate Life Support Knowledge of decontamination in Endoscopy Knowledge of JAG accreditation Health-related diploma/degree Leadership experience Clinical Governance knowledge The successful applicant will have strong endoscopy clinical experience, a commitment to teamwork, and excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
