The Service
Co-ordinator is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of our field
service team. Working with a number of other co-ordinators to ensure our
customers receive the very best service levels for both planned and reactive
callouts. Reporting to
the Planning and Despatch Manager, based in our Keighley office.
You must
be an organised, hardworking individual who enjoys a challenge, works well in a
team and on their own. Being part of a dynamic team means you must be able to
deal well with change.
You must be computer literate with the ability to
quickly adapt to new software packages. A people person, you should have
excellent communication skills and preferably have customer service experience
dealing with people face to face or by telephone in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of working in an engineering environment is an advantage, but not
compulsory. A good working knowledge of current Microsoft 365 packages is
essential.
