Job Title: Night Manager RGN

Salary: £24.85 per hour / Up to £60K per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Manager RGN to join our team in a large, well-supported home in Keighley. The successful candidate will work closely with a fantastic manager with a proven track record to support and lead a team of nurses and senior carers. This role involves working 3 or 4 shifts a week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the night team to ensure high standards of care.
- Support nurses and senior carers in delivering exceptional care.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

- RGN qualification.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
