What We’re Looking For



  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN

  • Previous experience in a senior nursing role within a nursing home or similar setting

  • Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and understanding of dementia care

  • Passion for delivering person-centred care and driving quality improvement

  • Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills

  • Up-to-date knowledge of care regulations and safeguarding responsibilities

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care staff across the home

  • Oversee the delivery of high standards of personalised nursing care

  • Conduct regular care audits, risk assessments, and clinical supervisions

  • Ensure effective medication management and compliance with all clinical governance standards

  • Support with care planning and ongoing assessment of residents' health and wellbeing

  • Act as a role model and mentor for the wider care team, promoting best practices

  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless care coordination
