As Byworth
Boilers continues to grow, we are seeking a hardworking and proactive Welder
Fabricator to join our Team. The individual will play a significant role in
supporting department productivity and maintaining high standards of
workmanship.
This is a key process within the manufacturing process and requires
good attention to detail and teamwork. Responsibilities include:

Mig welding

Some jig work
-
Fabrication
-
Automated welding
-
Maintaining high levels of health and safety

Hard working and a desire to help the business
thrive.

Ability to read technical drawings/specifications

Ability to work without direct supervision and
quality check own work

A strong team player with a “can do” attitude and
proactive approach to work.

Keen problem solver

The ability to demonstrate effective time
management and work to production deadlines

A willingness to undertake further training with
the ability to implement learning into your daily work.

Previous experience as a coded welder
-
Experience operating saws, rollers, pressbrake and
drills
**Candidate will be required to pass a weld test.**
Salary: Hourly
Hours: Standard
working hours are Monday to Thursday 07:00 –17:00, no Friday
22 days annual
leave, plus Bank Holidays (accumulating +1 day for every 3 years of service)
