Welder/Fabricator Apprentice Level 2 - Byworth Boilers

Reports to Installation Manager We are looking for two Apprentice Fabricator/Pipefitters to join our highly skilled team in the factory. Here you will be at the forefront of industrial steam and hot water boiler construction. Not only will you work on various boiler house ancillaries but many of the other components that make up a complete pre-fabricated boiler house. You will work with materials from flat plate, box section and pipefitting. Your learning will encompass welding techniques like MIG, MAG, and TIG and we encourage regular in house training courses to ensure you are up to date with all relevant safety protocols, and enhance your skillset. This apprenticeship will also encompass day release to college where you will gain the relevant qualifications as part of your apprenticeship programme. Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.00 – 17.00. You will be required to attend college on one of these days, depending on College schedules.
