We are looking for a Technical Apprentice (Level 3) to initially join our manufacturing teams, working on both electrical and mechanical systems, you will learn the basics in a controlled environment before progressing through other areas of the business. The first 2 years you will spend time in each department, rotating with the other apprentices as you build your knowledge and skill set to better understand the construction and production processes. From here you will join our Hire department, where you learn the skills required to work on ‘Live’ boilers in a controlled environment. Then you will progress to our outside operations team, to service and maintain our product on sites across the UK and Ireland. This will also encompass day release to college, to study a Level 3 course, where you will gain the relevant qualifications as part of your apprenticeship programme. •          Work alongside experienced professionals to learn and develop your skills. •          Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. •          Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers and boiler house equipment. •          Conduct tests identifying faults and potential issues within a boiler house environment. •          Keep accurate records of all work completed and materials used using our in house system. •          Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols. •          Ambitious and motivated •          Punctual and reliable •          Willingness to learn and develop new skills. •          Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •          Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. •          Flexibility •          A competitive salary package. •          On-the-job training and development. •          Opportunities to work on challenging and exciting projects. •          Support from experienced professionals. •          A friendly and supportive work environment Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.00 – 17.00. You will be required to attend college on one of these days, depending on the college schedules.
