We are looking for an
Apprentice Engineering fitter (Level 3) to join our manufacturing team. Working
primarily within our fitting and finishing department, you will play a key role
in the final stages of boiler and ancillary construction.
This will also encompass day
release to college, to study a Level 3 course, where you will gain the relevant
qualifications as part of your apprenticeship programme.

• Work alongside
experienced professionals to learn and develop your skills.
• Produce
complex high value, low volume components or assemblies in full or part, using
machines, equipment or systems, to the required specification.
• Interpret
drawings or specifications and plan work efficiently (ensuring you have the
right tools, equipment and resources to complete the task to the required
specification)
• Check
work against quality standards and make adjustments as required
• Keep accurate
records of all work completed and materials used using our in-house system.
• Follow all health
and safety regulations and protocols.

Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.00 –
17.00. You will be required to attend college on one of these days, depending
on College schedules.
